The opening to tunnels under Highstones, this large cave mouth leads to the Moonstone through a maze of twisting tunnels. Pitch-black inside, the Clan cats must follow their leader by scent in order to find the Moonstone.

Hidden deep within Highstones is the Moonstone, a "giant quartz crystal which has never known the warmth of the sun." At Moonhigh, the light of the moon streams in through a hole in the tunnel's ceiling and reflects off the stone, illuminating the whole cavern with a bright, ghostly light. Leaders and medicine cats travel here often to sleep by the stone and receive dreams from StarClan. Medicine cats must bring their apprentices here to receive their medicine cat name and leaders must come here to receive their nine lives.

Highstones
In the north lay Highstones, an abandoned twoleg mine surrounded by hills. These are the tall and jagged mountain peaks surrounding Mouthermouth. Located above WindClan and ShadowClan territory, the other Clans used to have to cross through WindClan to reach Highstones, but since the flood they are much closer.
