Personality feminine – cheerful – gentle – caring – motivated – observant – patient – kind – snuggly – warm affectionate || the tom is very affectionate and cuddly. when he gets excited he’s bound to pull the nearest feline in for a hug. he’s like a ball of sunshine and felines can’t helped but get sucked into his happiness. yet, although he is quite affectionate and charming he has no lustful thoughts toward any particular gender. he loves kittens and tends to dote on them, in fact he goes quite ga-ga over them, but he never thinks about having ones of his own or taking up a mate (even if he could). he’s simply not interested or attracted to anyone in that regard. tender || swanfeather became a medicine cat because he cares about others, even if they aren’t the nicest felines. he’ll help anyone without hesitation, it doesn’t matter to him. he’s a complete softy and he even feels guilty when he’s eating prey. he can’t help but think that the pound of flesh he’s eating had a family or something of the sort before one of his clan members snapped its neck. swanfeather knows it’s silly to think about such a ridiculous notion but he still can’t help but feel guilty every time he takes a bite out of his prey. loyal || this tom will always stand by what he thinks is right. he is loyal to himself, his family, and to starclan. he also believes in karma and that if felines try to mess with him or anyone else, karma will bite them in the ass later on in their life. because of this thought he never acts out in violence. he always manages to be calm and sensible when there’s an argument breaking out. his loyalties doesn’t necessary lie in thunderclan but moreover to starclan and their wishes. he believes there is no greater good than their starry ancestors. History kit-hood || swanfeather is one of three siblings, the other two are his sisters. his mother named his ‘swan’ because of his fur and markings and she didn’t believe the name carried any feminine undertones. the tom grew up around a lot of estrogen. there were quite a few queens gathered in the nursery that year and then there were his sisters who were constantly gossiping and giggling to one another. it wasn’t long before he understood that he didn’t like competitive games like moss ball or fighting. he wasn’t bad at it but he didn’t have the desire to put forth the energy. he preferred talking to his clan mates and seeing how they were doing. his sister’s often went to him for advice on a number of topics and that’s when he knew he liked helping others. so on his sixth moon he hoped his leader understood what he truly wanted and that his path was not becoming a warrior. apprentice-hood || fortunately, the leader did understand that swanfeaether was not cut out for warrior life. he assigned him to be the medicine cat apprentice and he couldn’t wait to start his training. everything interested the tom. he was curious about every herb and scent that went along with it. he loved going out into the forest and collecting the herbs needed and visiting the medicine cats during the half and full moons. he felt special and he got to have a personal connection with starclan. of course, some of the toms in his clan tended to make fun of him and his feminine ways—sometimes they would bully him but he tried not to let any of that get to him. he knows starclan made him the way he is for a reason and he accepted it rather than fought it. yet, swanfeather did have his fair share of beatings. sometimes the other tom apprentices would corner him and pick a fight, rarely did swanfeather ever fight back and he never tattled on them (he believes that karma will do the fighting for him). his apprentice life was his favorite moons because everything was so new and exciting. he loved his mentor and helping everyone out. he still listened to his sister’s gossip and gave them advice when it came to their love lives. it wasn’t long before his mentor allowed him to receive his full name. full-fledged medicine cat || he hasn’t had the title for too long. the former medicine cat died of natural causes and now the tom serves his clan alone. but living with shadowclan proved to test his patience with all the cats there that like to push him around.
